Firmbeat is a software as a service where you can use the full version under each subscription plan for a low monthly price for each active user. This means no investment is necessary up front and your payments amount will follow the size of your firm and depend directly on the number of active users. As you grow you can add more users and if you downsize you can reduce number of users.


Payment methods

You can add your preferred payment method in your payment settings. Available methods for you depend on your billing address. You can edit payment methods by navigating to Administration and then to Subscription.


When we charge

We charge your account at the end of each month for your usage during the passing month. This means that on February 1st we will charge for your active users during January 1st - January 31st.


What we charge for

We charge only for active users and the period they used. If you deactivated a user at the middle of a month you will not be charged for the remaining days of the month for that user. All changes in user count are instantly reflected in our planned payment at the end of the month.


Credit for deactivated users

If you deactivate a user and any days of the month remain you will get a credit for those days on your next invoice. This means your next invoice and subsequent payment will be lower since you did not use a full month for the user you just deactivated.
