It is very easy to add a button to your website that will link to the service portal. This enables your clients to easily find their way to the portal where they can access their matters, monitor matter progress, fetch matter files and so on. 


Here is what you have to do.


  1. Contact Manor Support and request a custom service portal URL. That means the portal will be accessed like a sub-domain on your domain. Fore example https://service.yourfirm.com. This is done to make the portal look and feel like your product (white label approach) and give your clients better sense of a unified service and support on your behalf.

  2. Ask your website manager to add a button to the main menu, or where ever you please, on your website with a link to the service portal URL.


That is it. Once this is done your clients can click the button and wil then see the login screen on the service portal with your branding.
